The HOPE App (service) has been developed and is owned by ADDI Medical.

Your employer/healthcare provider makes the service available to you free of charge. The service is provided in its current form.

This page provides information on our policy with regard to the collection, use and disclosure of personal data related to use of the service.

By using the service, you consent to our collection and use of information in line with this policy. The personal data we collect is shared only with your healthcare provider.

The service does not use any third-party product to collect personal data about you.

Unless otherwise defined in this privacy policy, the terms of this privacy policy have the same meaning as our user terms and conditions, which you can view at www.addimedical.se.

Data logs

In the event of a software error arising when you use the service, we log non-personal information with the aim of improving the service. Such non-personal information shall not be used or shared other than as described in this privacy policy. In this case we obtain information from data logs (via third-party products) on your mobile phone. These data logs may contain information about your mobile phone, such as Internet protocols, IP address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the app when using the service, time and date when the service was used and other similar statistics.
