Most health and medical care work today is performed by in-house resources supported by e-health. As digitalisation becomes increasingly widespread, many of the more purely routine services will be performed by patients themselves, as dedicated stakeholders in their own health, care and treatment.
ADDI Medical has taken the initiative to support this by developing the communication platform, HOPE Platform™ as a hub for the full flow of information around a patient. The focus is on data-driven patient involvement for easier access to relevant information and quicker and more flexible contact with all stakeholders involved.
The patent-pending proprietary programming techniques make it simple and fast to configure and adapt the communication platform based on diagnosis-specific needs. The result is automated care flows with the possibility of adapting activities to the patient and adapting clinical decision support to the needs of each individual diagnostic area.
The guiding star in HOPE Platform™ development is facilitation of easy interaction and communication between patient and all stakeholders involved. Not only between patient and the different medical staff but also with academia and the pharmaceutical industry.
The platform building blocks are designed so that all players, including the patient can interact directly via the same open digital platform. Everyone involved including the patient, has real time access to the different features and functions of the platform based on authorisation.

Creates security as the HOPE Platform is based on international technical standards that ensure interoperability within healthcare and between healthcare providers
HOPE Platform is CE-marked, indicating quality and providing the option of medical advisory services
Creates traceability – how information is registered, collected, used, transferred and stored
How healthcare and patient interact with the HOPE Platform is logged using time stamps, how services and information are used and by whom
